Those who, due to the weather conditions, were unable to make the tour on the track booked, can request a refund by sending an e-mail to eicma@pg-mc.com indicating name, surname and booking slot.

The TRACK EXPERIENCE (for a fee) was the most exclusive and adrenaline-pumping area of the first edition of the EICMA RIDING FEST, dedicated to those who wanted to test on the International Track of the World Misano Circuit the best of the supersport and hypernaked range of BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph and Yamaha.

Each user was able to purchase the rounds on a multi-brand basis: the cost of each individual round was 40 euros. The entire proceeds of the TRACK EXPERIENCE have been donated to the Marco Simoncelli Foundation.

The TRACK EXPERIENCE was reserved only for users already in possession of appropriate technical clothing (full or divisible leather suit as long as joined by zipper, full helmet with double-D lacing, back protector, technical track boots, technical leather track gloves). Changing rooms were set up inside the paddock to allow participants to wear everything necessary for a safe experience.

The test ride also involved the obligation to show up with a valid A3 driving license. The rounds were divided according to riding ability on two preliminary criteria: NOVICE/AMATEUR and EXPERT AMATEUR/PILOT.

The experience involved a total of 4 laps to be completed on the International Track, including the launch and return lap: then three passes on the straight stretch to be completed always behind the opening rider. The duration of the test was approximately 10 minutes.

Dangerous or inappropriate behavior was strictly prohibited during the test, which led to immediate exclusion from the event with no possibility of refund.

Participants had to show up at least 15 minutes before the start of the shift, already wearing the required technical clothing.

The manufacturers that gave life to the TRACK EXPERIENCE were Ducati, Yamaha, Honda, BMW and Triumph.
