Following the recent launch of the new R9, Yamaha also introduces the 2025 updates of the R3 and R125, sporty motorcycles for A2 and A1 license and both Euro 5+ approved. The Yamaha R3 features a brand-new look at the front, inspired to the R9 stylistic features, together with compact aerodynamic winglets integrated into the base of the fairing. The technical data sheet is instead confirmed, starting from the steel frame and the 321cc two-cylinder engine, producing an impressive yet manageable 42 hp at 10.750 rpm and a punchy 29.5 Nm of torque at 9.000 rpm. A key new feature on the R3’s performance is the inclusion of an Assist & Slipper (A&S) clutch, while the uphill electronic gear shift is available as an option. For the R125 the new features concern colours and graphics, with the addition of Icon Blue and Tech Black shades.
