Among Aprilia's many new releases, the new Tuono V4, available in both standard and Factory versions, could not be missed. Significant updates have been introduced to enhance riding enjoyment and performance. The 65° V4 Euro 5+ compliant engine now features larger 52 mm throttle bodies and an increase in displacement from 1077 cc to 1099 cc, with maximum power boosted from 175 hp to 180 hp at 11,800 rpm. The aerodynamics, redesigned for better performance and greater rider protection, include a new double-surface front wing profile, which allows for a declared vertical load of 2.5 kg at 250 km/h. The side panels and tail are newly designed, heat dissipation has been improved, and a new integrated rear light assembly in the license plate holder allows for quicker removal. The handlebar switches are backlit, the graphics on the 5-inch TFT dashboard have been updated, and the lithium battery helps reduce weight. The electronics are completely revamped, featuring a new predictive algorithm section that anticipates control intervention based on data gathered from the 6-axis inertial platform. The Ride-By-Wire electronic throttle, three Riding Modes, and three levels of Cornering ABS are retained, as well as the multiple control systems of the APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control). New control packages make their debut, available as optional add-ons, with two included on the Factory model and available for purchase on the standard model (Track Pack and Comfort Pack), and one exclusive to the Factory (Race Pack), designed for track use. The Race Pack allows for corner-by-corner track mapping and the configuration of the control settings and Ohlins EC 2.0 suspension according to preferences chosen before hitting the track. This functionality was previously reserved for race bikes only.
