Dayco showcases its range of drive belt solutions at EICMA 2023

Dayco, among leading engine products and drive systems supplier for the automotive, industrial and aftermarket industries showcases its range of dynamic drive belt solutions at EICMA 2023. With an impressive display of motorcycles from various of two-wheel categories, the Dayco stand (H76, Hall 18) will highlight the diverse range of belts, both variator and final drive, it produces for OE and aftermarket applications. These belts, though, are not just for motorcycles and scooters, but also for off-highway vehicles such as snowmobiles, ATVs, bicycles and other personal mobility solutions and therefore they encompass several different designs and are of a variety of compositions, dependent on their specific use. Always following customer feedback, Dayco and its R&D department have worked to create the best solutions for the racing world, and now the time has come to introduce a range of timing belts, dedicated to applications in the speedway category. Derived from the well-known HT Power Carbon belt and using a mixture of advanced technologies and materials, including a hybrid cord combining glass cords and carbon fibers, to give it high strength and high precise contact into the pulley groove, it also includes an HNBR compound, that is used to provide extreme resistance to mechanical stress and to overcome elevated temperatures. Usefully, a speedway machine fitted with one of these belts will be available for visitors at the Show.
