The world's most relevant and long-lived exhibition event for the motorcycle and bicycle mobility industry relaunches its unique centrality, confirming its primacy and international attractiveness with pre-Covid numbers. In fact, 58 percent of the exhibitors occupying the six pavilions of the exhibition grounds this year, one more than in 2021, come from abroad, representing 43 different countries. Numerous and important are the returns among the companies, but significant are also the new presences: more than 20% of the exhibitors have chosen to showcase for the first time the fruit of their investments in EICMA.
The first days of the Exhibition will be reserved for press and operators: on Tuesday, November 8, the exclusive press day, while Wednesday, November 9, will see the co-presence of tens of thousands of visitors including journalists, communication operators and industry professionals. A two-day event full of press conferences, product presentations, conferences and visits by institutions, events at the stands, networking and business meetings, confirming the b2b nature and institutional value of EICMA.
From Thursday, Nov. 10 to Sunday, Nov. 13, the opening to the general public of enthusiasts with the successful ingredients of the event: novelties, previews, the presence of riders and showbiz personalities. The right recipe to arouse that EICMA EFFECT of the claim chosen to promote this year's Edition provoked by the experience of visiting inside and outside the pavilions. And it is precisely the MotoLive outdoor area that will be one of the most adrenaline-pumping free attractions at EICMA with acrobatic shows, entertainment, live shows and motorcycle races in the offroad arena. The outdoor areas will also host motorcycle testing areas, eBike test rides and other initiatives promoted by exhibitors.
Finally, thanks to the strategic collaboration and support of ITA the Italian Trade Agency, EICMA will set up within the pavilions a special area dedicated to the most innovative Italian start-ups in the sector, which will be able to enjoy the visibility offered by the Exhibition and launch themselves onto international markets
