Honda CB750 Hornet

At the Honda stand specific focus will be given to the highly anticipated CB750 Hornet. The project is totally new, starting from the 755 cc parallel twin-cylinder engine, capable of 92 hp and 75 Nm of max torque. Although completely new, the mid-sized Honda’s naked engine has some features already seen on other bikes of the Japanese manufacturer, such as Unicam cylinder head layout, 270-degree crank and uneven firing order. These two solutions allow the Hornet engine to gain a good dose of power and torque at low-med revs, despite the respective peaks being at 9,500 rpm and 7,250 rpm. The electronic package, with four engine mappings, is very rich and allows the rider to contro power output, engine brake and traction control. The chassis set-up features a steel frame combined with a Showa fork (130mm travel). The rear shock absorber offers 150mm travel.
