Honda's twin-cylinder-engine supersport, dedicated to A2 license holders, receives a makeover inspired by the Fireblade. Equipped with the famous 471 cc engine, capable of delivering 48 hp (35 kW) and 43 Nm of torque, it receives electronics upgrades for 2024 with ECU mappings that make acceleration even more brilliant. The chassis is confirmed, with a diamond-frame steel frame is paired with the Showa 41 mm SFF-BP fork, Showa shock absorber adjustable in preload, dual front discs and riadial callipers. New is the split front headlight with LED technology, while the 5" colour TFT display offers Honda RoadSync connectivity. The new CBR500R 2024 is equipped with the Emergency Stop Signal (ESS) system useful for signaling emergency braking. Finally, the new Honda CBR500R, showcased in Hall 13P, complies strict Euro-5+ homologation.
