Honda has a long tradition of building small-displacement motorcycles. A combination of handling, brilliant engine, affordability and character, resulting in motorcycles that, over time, take on special significance for their owners. The CLs of the 1960s and 1970s were these kinds of bikes, the first true street scramblers, and the CL500 of 2022 has the looks, the engine and the toughness to meet the urban - and other - challenges of today. Unchanged in terms of engine chassis, if you exclude Euro 5+ homologation, for 2025 the CL500 nonetheless brings with it updates that address ergonomics and styling details. The revised footpeg position, along with new seat padding, improves riding comfort without distorting its characteristics. The contoured sides, moreover, allow the bike to be firmly belted with the legs in standing riding, typical of off-road riding. The intuitive, negative-backlit LCD screen has also been revised and is now more readable even in direct sunlight. Also arriving are the two new colors Yellow and Brown, bringing the color choices to four.
