Kymco introduces at EICMA 2024 the new AK 575 Premium scooter. Compared to its predecessor, the 550, the engine displacement has increased to 574.2 cc. However, the maximum power remains at 51hp, while the torque has been raised to 55 Nm. The AK 575 is also available in an A2 version with 35 kW output. True to its “Premium” title, this Kymco model boasts a luxurious setup. Features include an electronically adjustable windshield, heated grips, and a spacious 790 mm high seat with an adjustable backrest for lumbar support. It also offers cruise control and a Keyless system, allowing the rider to start the scooter and access the fuel and under-seat compartments without a traditional key. The under-seat compartment fits a full-face helmet, and for smaller items there is a convenient storage drawer in the rear shield with a USB port. The frame is made of aluminum, with a central engine that connects the 41 mm double-clamp fork to the dual-arm aluminum swingarm. Both wheels are 15-inch, fitted with 120/70-15 tires at the front and 160/60-15 at the rear. The technical specs also include a Bosch cornering ABS system.
