Area 51 is developed along the lines of the Hashtag 125 experience, but with a focus exclusively on 50 cc. vehicles with gears and electric equivalents.

Also in this area, tests take place within a large enclosed space created in the paddock of the Misano World Circuit where participants, following a ride leader, can test models from the 50 cc. range of the various brands present.

Each test ride lasts 10 minutes and is allowed only for users with a valid AM license. Up to 3 different motorcycles can be tested on a multi-brand basis, subject to availability of vehicles. 

Newcomers (from 13 years of age), not yet in possession of an AM license, are given the exclusive opportunity to take their first steps in the saddle of a motorcycle followed by qualified federal instructors through an approximately 30-minute program that includes a theoretical part and a practical test. Both experience options (AM-licensed and unlicensed) can be requested and activated free of charge on-site at the AREA 51 desk while vehicle availability lasts.

Helmet, gloves, closed shoes and technical protective clothing must be worn to participate. In case participants do not have such clothing, it will be provided free of charge by the area's technical sponsor.
