HASHTAG 125 was the area within EICMA RIDING FEST dedicated to younger riders who, under the watchful eye of the industry's most famous youtubers, were able to test dozens of 125 cc 2 and 4-stroke, high and low handlebar bikes.
Access to the HASHTAG 125 space was free of charge and allowed only for those aged 16 and over. Minors were asked to necessarily be accompanied by at least one parent.
The tests took place inside a large delimited space created in the paddock of the Misano World Circuit on a real mini-circuit specially laid out, where participants, following a rider opener, tested the latest models of the 125 range of the various brands present.
Each test ride lasted 10 minutes and allowed only users with a valid A1 driving license or in possession of a provisional driving license. It was possible to test up to three different motorcycles on a multi-brand basis, subjected to availability of vehicles.
Newcomers and those over the age of 16 who did not yet have a driving license were given the exclusive opportunity to take their first steps on a motorcycle followed by qualified federal instructors, through a program that included a theoretical part and a practical test.
Both experience options (with A1 license and without license) had the possibility of being requested and activated free of charge on site at the desks of the brands present, until availability of vehicles.
Helmet, gloves, closed-toe shoes and technical protective clothing had to be worn to participate. In case a person did not have it, it was provided free of charge by the technical sponsor of the area.
Dangerous or inappropriate behavior was strictly prohibited during the test, resulting in immediate exclusion from the event at the sole discretion of the organizers.
Gates opened at 9 a.m. on both Saturday, April 27th, and Sunday, April 28th, and closed at 6:30 p.m. For this experience, shifts were scheduled every 10 minutes - from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. - for track laps and every 30 minutes for propaedeutic sessions.
Major brands in the sector such as Betamotor, Fantic, Benelli, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Voge, QJ Motor, Zero Motorcycle, Mondial e SWM made their contribution to the experience.
