The TOURING EXPERIENCE represented the richest and most significant multi-brand offering of the two-day event in Misano. It allowed enthusiasts to test about 200 motorcycles (two hundred!) including the great 2024 naked, crossover, adventure and sport tourer products from as many as 20 Brands that participated in EICMA RIDING FEST.
The demo rides took place in the heart of the Motor Valley, between the Adriatic and the Apennines, along a series of tracks close to the Misano World Circuit, cadenced by slots common to all the Manufacturers.
The tours took place on roads open to traffic with the assistance of an opener, who had to be compulsorily followed during the entire driving experience. The duration of individual trials reached a maximum of 30 minutes.
Demo rides were free of charge, after request and activation directly on site at the desks of the brands that run them, until availability of vehicles, after free registration, which allowed access to the event.
To take the test ride, it was mandatory to show up with a valid A driving license (however some models could be driven with an A2 driving license), helmet and technical protective clothing. Only a few helmet/clothing companies present on site, rented free material for testing, until availability lasted. Changing rooms have been set up inside the paddock to allow participants to wear everything necessary for a safe experience.
If required by the policies of the individual brands involved, accompanying persons (18 years of age or older) were able to participate as passengers, as long as they wore the appropriate technical clothing and provided that they have signed the waiver too.
For those who reached the event by motorbike, there was a convenient free parking lot inside the paddock!
During the test, participants were asked to comply with the Highway Code. Dangerous or inappropriate behavior was strictly prohibited, resulting in immediate exclusion from the event at the sole discretion of the organizers. Any infractions were under the responsibility of the driver.
Gates opened at 9 a.m. on both Saturday, April 27th, and Sunday, April 28th, and closed at 6:30 p.m. Tours departed approximately every 45 minutes from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Participants had to show up at least 15 minutes before the start of the shift, already wearing the required technical clothing.
Important sector brands were present at the experience such as Moto Guzzi, Zero Motorcycles, MV Agusta, Ducati, Honda, Mondial, Etriko, Betamotor, Voge, CF Moto, Fantic, Triumph, Royal Enfield, QJ Motor, Kawasaki, Yamaha, SWM, Benelli and Moto Morini.
