The Pistoia-based manufacturer unveils at EICMA 2024 the new version of the SM Bike automatic tyre changer together with the SMP Wheel Lifter. As regards the former, the expansion from 10 mm to 13.5 mm of the self-centring plate makes it possible to cover an even wider range of tyres (from 4‘ to 26’) while the redesign of the levers allows the 3rd generation square jaws, which also accommodate electric vehicles, to move synchronously. Completing the tyre changer are the TPA plastic turret, which safeguards the rim, and the MOUSSE lift lever, which, thanks to a new inclination, favours tyre release. Moving on to the other product, what characterises the SMP Wheel Lifter, which will be available on the market from January 2025, is its ergonomic design, the tracking lever, which allows the wheel to be manoeuvred, and the adjustable lifting system, which makes the product versatile and therefore suitable for different types of motorbikes.
